2 ripe avocados
2 chicken breasts steamed and shredded
2 celery stalks finely chopped
1/2 mallet of chives, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
2 tablespoons of white grapes raisins
1/4 cup of fresh cheese
1/2 mallet of cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Sazón Cooking with my Doctor
1) Cut the avocados in half and remove the peel and seed.
2) Mix well all the ingredients of the salad.
3) Add salad to center of avocados and serve immediately.
