2 cups of white rice, cooked in coconut water
1/4 cup of pineapple, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup ground of peanuts, roasted and crushed
1 mallet of cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of toasted coconut
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of butter
1/4 cup of Sofrito CWMD
2 teaspoons of Garlic Paste CWMD
1 teaspoon of Adobo CWMD
1) Sauté the Garlic Paste and Sofrito in coconut oil.
2) Add butter, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
3) Add the cooked rice and mix well.
4) Stir in the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately
