Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Adobo, Tequila and Lime

Ingredients
- 1 pound of peeled shrimp
- 3 limes (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of Cooking with my Doctor Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoons of Cooking with my Doctor Adobo
- 1 teaspoon of Pónselo al Fish
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white tequila
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking with my Doctor Pónselo a To'
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
- 6 corn tortillas
Preparation
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and add to the shrimp.
- Marinate for two hours. Grill for 6-8 minutes on both sides.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp on warm tortillas and top with avocado, tomato, scallions and chipotle mayo or sour cream.
