Asado Ribs
Serves 4-6
3 hours
Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup of Asado Cooking with my Doctor
Preparation
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This will allow the Asado to penetrate better and the ribs to be more tender.
- Rub the Asado over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well covered.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to absorb the flavors.
- Place the ribs wrapped in aluminum foil on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 275°F for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
- For a crispy finish, remove the aluminum foil and broil the ribs on high for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce if desired.
