Guacamole Criollo

This guacamole criollo is Cooking with my Doctor’s take on the traditional Mexican dip! Filled with delicious, healthy fats and fresh and tropical ingredients, like the pinapple and “queso fresco” and topped with our Everything Bagel Seasoning is a burst of flavors and nutrition in every bite. You can serve it with toasts, vegetables, chips or pork rinds, for a keto-friendly alternative.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1 cubanela pepper, finely chopped

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 mallet of cilantro, finely chopped

5 coriander leaves, finely chopped

1/4 cup of pineapple, evenly cut

1/4 cup of “queso fresco” (can substitute with any “fresh”cheese)

2 teaspoon of turmeric

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 tablespoon of coconut oil juice of 3 lime

Process

Mix all the ingredients well and serve with toast, vegetables, chips or pork rinds.
