Pumpkin Cupcakes

Perfect for an autumn afternoon or as a healthy alternative for your kids. This recipe is made with our All Natural Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste which is a better alternative to sugar.

1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour

1/2 cup of raw oatmeal

1 ½  teaspoon of baking soda

1 cup of pumpkin puree

1 egg

2 teaspoons of CWMD vanilla bean paste

2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon of salt

1/3 cup of plain yogurt

1/2 cup of honey

1/4 cup of coconut oil   


1) Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

2) Mix all the ingredients well and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.

3) Transfer the mixture to a muffin pan. Make sure to put a little oil and spread evently throughout the mold.

4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
