Quinoa and Salmon Detox Bowl


1 cup of cooked quinoa
4 cups of finely chopped spinach
1/4 cup of flaked almonds
1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
1 cucumber cut into small pieces
1 avocado cut into small pieces
1/4 of a cup pineapple cut into small pieces
1/2 pound salmon, cut into medium pieces
1/4 cup of cilantro, finely chopped

1/4 cup of Cooking with my Doctor sofrito
1 teaspoon of Cooking with my Doctor garlic paste
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 teaspoons Cooking with my Doctor sazón


1) Add 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette to the salmon and marinate for 30 minutes. Then sauté on high heat on all sides until golden brown.

2) Mix the rest of the ingredients except the pineapple and avocado and add the vinaigrette.

3) Mix the pineapple with the avocado and a little coriander and serve with the salmon and salad.
