Salmon topped with Toasted Almonds


2 pounds skinless salmon fillet
2 teaspoons of Cooking with my Doctor sazón
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of flaked almonds
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Cooking with my Doctor garlic paste
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of Cooking with my Doctor Everything Bagel Seasoning


1) Marinate the salmon in orange juice, olive oil, garlic paste and sazón.

2) Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

3) In a hot pan, toast the almonds until they begin to brown. Add the butter and honey and cook for about 5 minutes until the almonds are golden brown.

4) Serve over the salmon fillet and add the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
