Adobo Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pound of peeled shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking with my Doctor Adobo
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped lemon zest
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of Cooking with my Doctor Salsa Criolla
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of Cooking with my Doctor Pónselo a To'
- 1 finely chopped jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives
- 6 corn tortillas Preparation
Preparation
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and add to the shrimp.
- Marinate for two hours. Grill for 6-8 minutes on both sides.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
- For the sauce, blend all the ingredients except the oil.
- Gradually incorporate the olive oil.
- Serve the shrimp with the avocado and cilantro sauce, and finish with fresh cheese, cilantro leaves, and thin slices of red onion.
