Shipping Charges

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $40.00+ within the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). For any orders shipping within the contiguous US under that threshold, we charge flat fees depending on the weight of the order. There are additional shipping charges for customers shipping outside of the contiguous US which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Process

Once you place your order on cookingwithmydoctor.com, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order, please send us an email at info@cwmdr.com. Once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation.

During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.  

Please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled during holidays.

Cooking with my Doctor cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or USPS to inquire further.

Return & Refund Policy

Because of our Safe Quality Food Certification, we can not accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. However, if we make an error on an order, we will make it right through either a refund or a replacement. For damaged products, please notify us by email and provide evidence of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.
