Asado Ribs

Serves 4-6

3 hours

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup of Asado Cooking with my Doctor

Preparation

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This will allow the Asado to penetrate better and the ribs to be more tender.
  2. Rub the Asado over both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well covered.
  3. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to absorb the flavors.
  4. Place the ribs wrapped in aluminum foil on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 275°F for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
  5. For a crispy finish, remove the aluminum foil and broil the ribs on high for a few minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce if desired.
