Chicken Antipasto

Ingredients
- 1 pound of cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of Cooking with my Doctor Salsa Criolla
- 2 teaspoons of Cooking with my Doctor Sazón
- 2 tablespoons of white raisins
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients well, except the chicken.
- Then incorporate the chicken and mix well.
- Serve with malanga and plantain chips.
