Chicken Antipasto

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked and shredded chicken breast 
  • 1/2 cup of Cooking with my Doctor Salsa Criolla 
  • 2 teaspoons of Cooking with my Doctor Sazón 
  • 2 tablespoons of white raisins 
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped olives 
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives 

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients well, except the chicken. 
  2. Then incorporate the chicken and mix well. 
  3. Serve with malanga and plantain chips.
