Churrasco Strips in Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of beef, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons of Asado Cooking with my Doctor
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- Juice of 1 lemon
For the Pesto:
- 1 cup of cilantro leaves (can be substituted with basil)
- 1/4 cup of toasted almond slices
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons of Sazón Cooking with my Doctor
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic Paste Cooking with my Doctor
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
Preparation
- Mix the Asado with the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add the beef strips and mix well.
- Mix the onion with the pepper and add olive oil. Marinate for 15 minutes, then cook in a pan on high heat.
- In a food processor, first process the almonds.
- Add the garlic paste, Sazón, olive oil, and finally the cilantro leaves. If the mixture is too thick, add a little cold water to adjust the consistency.
- Serve the beef strips with the pesto sauce.
