Pernil al Adobo
Ingredients:
- 1 front pork leg (5-6 pounds)
- 1 cup Sofrito Cooking with my Doctor
- 3 tablespoons garlic paste Cooking with my Doctor
- 1/4 cup Pónselo a To
- Juice of 5 limes
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Adobo Cooking with my Doctor per pound of pork
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
- Lift the skin of the meat, pierce the meat with a knife, and rub the marinade all over the pork.
- Marinate for 8 hours.
- Bake for 4 hours at 325 degrees.
