Pernil al Adobo

Ingredients:
  • 1 front pork leg (5-6 pounds)
  • 1 cup Sofrito Cooking with my Doctor
  • 3 tablespoons garlic paste Cooking with my Doctor
  • 1/4 cup Pónselo a To
  • Juice of 5 limes
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Adobo Cooking with my Doctor per pound of pork
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Lift the skin of the meat, pierce the meat with a knife, and rub the marinade all over the pork.
  3. Marinate for 8 hours.
  4. Bake for 4 hours at 325 degrees.
