Thanksgiving Nachos
Ingredients
- Corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup stuffing
- 1/4 cup Sofrito Cooking with my Doctor
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup shredded turkey breast
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Finely chopped cilantro
- 1 cup shredded ball cheese
- 2 tablespoons Pónselo a To
Instructions
- In a baking dish, layer the ingredients in the following order (Chips, Sofrito, Beans, Stuffing, Turkey, and Cheese).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chips are crispy.
- Before serving, add the diced avocado, sour cream, fresh cilantro, and Pónselo a To'.
