Salmon Fillet with Avocado and Cilantro Sauce
Serves 4-6

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Asado Cooking with my Doctor
- 1 tablespoon of Garlic Paste Cooking with my Doctor
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons of Sazón Cooking with my Doctor
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh cheese, cilantro leaves, and thinly sliced red onion to garnish
Preparation
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and add to the salmon.
- Marinate for two hours.
- Grill over charcoal for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
- For the sauce, blend all ingredients except the oil. Gradually incorporate the olive oil.
- Serve the salmon with the avocado and cilantro sauce, garnished with fresh cheese, cilantro leaves, and red onion slices.
